Four!

This week I celebrated my fourth birthday!  The festivities kicked off with a family party.  I feel truly blessed to have so many wonderful people in my life that care about me very much!  Thank you all for sharing my day with me and all of your wonderful presents!  The birthday fun continued when I took cupcakes and goody bags to my class on Tuesday.  Everyone enjoyed the cupcakes and they all sang Happy Birthday to me as well!
Tearing into the presents!
Bubbles!
My own Legos!
7 dresses!
Whenever anyone asked me what I wanted I told
them dresses!  Here are all 7, and yep I have
worn one almost every day this week!
My brand new bike!  Since it was raining outside
Daddy let me take a test drive in the kitchen
and living room.
Singing "Happy Birthday."
Megan and I got to hang out for a bit after
the party!
On Sunday the sun was shining, so I had the chance to go outside try out my bike for real!  Here are a few pictures.  It didn't take long for me to get the hang of it.

My Grand Adventure, Part II

My Grand Adventure with Megan and the Portmans did not end when we left the zoo!  We all stayed the night at a hotel in Columbus!  The best part about the hotel was that it had a pool and we got to go swimming.  Megan and I were very excited about that!  We had a lot of fun with Maria and Sarah in the water.  After a fun and busy day we went back to our room showered, ate dinner, and settled in for the night.  The next morning we got up early enough that we had time to swim one more time before we left and headed back to Dayton.
Megan and I are ready to swim and
showing off our new Columbus Zoo shirts!
Maria and Sarah are pretending to be turtles!
Heading back to our room for the night!
Settling in for the night!
"Good Morning Mom!"  Starting our day with a swim!
Time to check out and head back to Dayton.
No bell hops for us, we can wheel our own luggage!
On our way out of Columbus we made a quick PIT stop at Panera for some lemonade, chocolate chip bagels, and a Panera Iced Tea.  When we arrived back in Dayton it was time for lunch so we stopped by Marion's pizza for a bite.  Then we decided to visit the Sprinkle park.  It was too cold to play in the water, but we did have a chance to play on the playground.  After that Aunt Debbie got us another little treat before we made our way home!  It was a wonderful adventure with Aunt Debbie, Maria, Sarah, and Megan.  I can't wait until we can do it again!  Thanks Aunt Debbie, Maria and Sarah for taking such good care of us!  I love you!

PIT stop!  I do like their lemonade.
Marion's Pizza, yep we're back in Dayton.
Proof that Aunt Debbie was on this trip!
One last special treat before we head back to
our Mommies and Daddies.

My Grand Adventure, Part 1

This has been a busy and exciting week already!  Not only was I excited about Easter this past Sunday, but I also spent the night at the Portman's house.  Maria, Sarah, and Aunt Debbie were on spring break this week and they asked me to go with them to the Columbus Zoo.  My Grand Adventure began with a surprise on Monday morning.  We picked up Megan and she went with us!!!!!!  I was SO excited to have an adventure with Megan, Maria, Sarah, and Aunt Debbie. Throughout the day Aunt Debbie updated Mommy & Daddy and Aunt Beth & Uncle Joe.  Here are some pictures from the day.

"Hi Mommy and Daddy!  We made it to the zoo!"
One of our first stops, Elephants!
The elephants are having their breakfast.
Kangaroos!  This one is just for Mommy, it is her favorite part of the Columbus Zoo.
Chilling with the gorillas.
Sarah and me monkeying around!
I feel chippy!  Lunch at Chipotle.
Our Grand Adventure doesn't stop there!  Check back to see more!

Easter!

We had such a beautiful day this past Easter!  When I got up in the morning I quickly found that the Easter Bunny had hidden an egg in my bathroom!  The fun continued when I had to search for my basket which he hid in my cottage.  The Easter bunny is full of all kinds of surprises.

The Easter Bunny brought me this tutu.
Our day continued when we headed down to Grandma Zirkelbach's house.  The whole family was together which meant I had a ton of fun with my cousins!  It also meant another Easter egg hunt outside.  We really had a good time!
