We have been very lucky with weather this fall. So we decided to take advantage of a beautiful day and meet our friends Maddie, Kate, and Darren at the zoo! Maddie and I enjoyed the playground in the children's area and seeing all of the goats. I was brave and helped Daddy feed the goats and even went into their pen to pet them.
While we were in the Children's section we could hear the monkeys hollering! They were so loud, I never heard them call like that before. We had to go see what the ruckus was all about.
What zoo trip is complete without a ride on the carousel? I was very brave this visit and I rode one of the animals. (In the past I just wanted to ride in the chair). I selected the strongest Zebra I could find and rode around and around and up and down.
